Absolutely amazing customer service! I scheduled my appointment a day in advanced, walked right in and got exactly what I went in for. Very easy and took my insurance. Not only that bt the lady at the front helped me find the most costs effective plan for getting both contacts and glasses!

I had such a great experience at this optometrist’s office! The manager was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I felt comfortable throughout my visit. You can really tell that they care about their patients and their team.

The office was clean, organized, and had a friendly atmosphere. The manager’s excellent customer service and positive attitude truly stood out and made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great eye care experience!

Dr. Michele Cruz is by far the best optometrist I have ever seen. I have gone to so many others trying to fix my dry eye issues.. She goes beyond and cares. Do yourself a favor and see her.
